Lorainne has worked within Occupational Health immediately after qualifying. She initially worked within a heavy engineering company for three years before taking up a Senior Occupational Health post at British Telecom where stayed for 13 years.

Following redundancy from British Telecom in 1996, Lorainne set up her own occupational health provider: Workare Ltd, where she is now Managing Director.  Workare has gradually grown to be an renowned occupational health provider within Wales with 3 active divisions Staffkare, Welllkare and Vaccikare.

In her spare time, Lorainne is an active Senior Officer within the Territorial Army as an assessor in officer selection. She also enjoys entertaining and her holidays on a Gulet in Turkey.
